Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service (Agreement) govern your use of our SaaS-based Help Desk and AI Chatbot services (Services). By subscribing, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

Services

  • Help Desk Ticketing System with messaging, status tracking, and reporting.
  • AI Chatbot for automated responses and customer engagement.
  • Optional self-hosting deployment, subject to additional agreements.

Subscription & Fees

  • Services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring fees.
  • Invoices are issued monthly or annually, as selected by the customer.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws while using the Services.
  • Refrain from uploading harmful, malicious, or illegal content.

Data Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers remain the data owners. For self-hosted deployments, customers assume full responsibility for data security and compliance.

Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no system is fully secure. Customers using self-hosting are responsible for implementing adequate safeguards.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services remains with the provider. Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services during their subscription.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days, notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the provider is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
